These Terms govern use of GiftBridge, a platform for submitting gift card sale requests, manual order review, wallet records, and manually reviewed offline withdrawals.

Service scope

• GiftBridge is not a bank, lender, investment service, cryptocurrency service, gambling product, or automatic payment gateway.
• All orders are subject to manual review and may be approved, rejected, closed, or escalated for platform review.
• Displayed quote amounts are estimates and may change based on card type, country, currency, risk review, and operational checks.
• Withdrawals are manually reviewed and paid offline by platform operators.

User responsibilities

• You must provide accurate account, order, and withdrawal information.
• You must not submit stolen, fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegally obtained gift cards.
• You must not abuse the platform, bypass review, impersonate another person, or interfere with operations.

Risk review

GiftBridge may delay, reject, close, or escalate orders and withdrawals when fraud, abuse, compliance risk, invalid card information, duplicate submission, or suspicious activity is detected.

Wallet and withdrawals

Wallet balances reflect internal platform records. Withdrawal requests freeze the requested amount while pending review. Approved withdrawals reduce frozen balance after manual payout. Rejected withdrawals release frozen balance back to available balance.

Limitation

The service is provided on an operationally reasonable basis. GiftBridge is not responsible for losses caused by user-provided incorrect information, fraudulent submissions, third-party outages, or events outside reasonable control.
