Delete Account

Users may request account deletion by contacting GiftBridge support.

How to request deletion

Email support@giftbridge.org from the email or phone number associated with your account. Include your user ID and the phrase "Delete my GiftBridge account".

What will be deleted

• Login profile information not required for legal, fraud prevention, accounting, or audit purposes.
• Non-essential support records after identity verification and request processing.

What may be retained

Order, wallet, withdrawal, payout, risk, and audit records may be retained where needed for fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance, and platform security.

Processing time

We aim to respond within 7 business days after verifying the request.
